Karachi: The governor of the province of Sindh, Pakistan has died, he had been hospitalized shortly after taking the oath as the 31st governor of Sindh province.
His physical health was in poor condition and he was in and out of hospital many times, he was declared dead on January 11, 2017.
He studied law from the University of Karachi in 1958.
Justice Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqui also worked as the Chief Justice of Pakistan, however, he refused to take oath under PCO (Provisional Constitutional Order) of former president General Pervez Musharraf.
Do note that Justice Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqui took oath as the governor of Sindh on November 11, 2016 replacing the previous governor Dr. Ishrat ul Abad.
